Halbach•Dietz Firm Profile
For over 30 years Halbach•Dietz Architects has been guiding clients through the confusing maze of the commercial construction process. Offering a full complement of design services, the firm plans the interior space, designs the building form, resolves building code and zoning conflicts, produces the working drawings used for construction, and oversees the construction process by answering owner and contractor questions and visiting the site to insure the building is being built as designed.
Halbach•Dietz Architects starts each project listening to client expectations, goals and needs. We then ask the questions - all manner of questions - the kind of questions that as professionals we are trained to ask. E.G. "What is the zoning on your property?", "Does the municipality you are building in have a design development review process?". This interactive and collaborative process is what helps us to identify issues that left unquestioned, would lead to unwanted problems down the road. The end result is a responsive design that corresponds to our clients expectations (both budget and time).
Over the years we have assembled a highly skilled and experience team of professionals. All of our staff have been problem solving together for 15 plus years. Amy Scott Sorley, principal and interior designer, has the longest tenure at 30 plus years. We’re here for the long haul, and are committed to our clients. 70% of our business comes from those clients that keep coming back. Some are the mainstays of the Fort Worth community - like Sundance Management, who we’ve worked with for the better part of 33 years, and the Fort Worth Zoo who we’re currently working with on their newest “Wilder Vision” projects.
When you choose Halbach•Dietz Architects you will be working directly with a partner of the firm during the entire process, guiding you step by step, phase by phase, responding to your budget concerns, listening to your needs, and helping you bring your project to life.
