Amy Scott Sorley

Partner, Interior Designer

In 1984 we were fortunate enough as a young firm to secure a continuing contract with Sundance Square Management Company, for the space planning and production of drawings for tenants occupying the two new Bass Towers in downtown Fort Worth. In 1987 we were even luckier when Amy come to work at Halbach Dietz Archtiects.

Talented in translating a tenants ideas into a workable plan, efficient at producing the drawings for construction, and strict in maintaining design standards during construction, Amy soon became Sundance’s defacto go-to person for space planning projects. Other clients also recognized Amy's unique problem solving abilities, including Tarrant County Triad Real Estate Company, Double Creek Capital Company, Ellis & Tinsley, IDI, Conti Warehouse, and Lincoln Property Company.

In 2106, recognizing Amy's continuing contributions, she was made a partner and will assume the additional roles of managing the firm's operations and financial management.

Amy is a member of First United Methodist Church Fort Worth and serves in several capacities including the Board of Trustees and the Building Study Committee. She is a Registered Interior Designer, a member of American Society of Interior Designers, and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design degree.
